We have installed and continue to maintain a range of different systems, ranging from steel gates, timber 5 bar electric gate systems to gates on multi-user residential entrances, buildings and an array of commercial properties.
When designing and offering systems, we aim to provide a long term reliable system that will last many years.

Residential Gates
Every system is different and there are countless options available to each enquirer. Some options will be determined by the reason for purchase others by the cosmetic need; the site location and level of use also have bearing on the system.
It is worth noting that often, the cheaper the system, the shorter the life expectancy.
Please be aware when looking into comparable pricing, its very difficult to get a true cost comparison even when you think you have a like for like quote. The same sketch drawing of a gate can be made in different ways and this can affect the cost. Also a large part of the system is unseen when installed and these items will have a direct effect on the reliability and the life of the system as well as the cost.
In short, there is almost no end to the complexity we can build into an automatic system. In reality, it is often the available funds that decides how simple or complex the system will be.

Gate designs are subject to many factors, including environment, size and number of operations per day.
